All our jewellery is handcrafted in the London workshop. We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 working days.
Made-to-order and bespoke designs require additional time and will take 4 - 6 weeks to complete. If you have an earlier deadline please get in touch with the workshop and we will do what we can to help this happen.
You will receive confirmation of your estimated dispatch date when placing your order, and we will contact you prior to shipping to ensure a convenient delivery time.

Online purchases are subject to a packaging and postage charge, the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address.
All UK orders are fully insured and sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, this incurs a standard charge of £12.
International orders are sent express via Malca-Amit in conjunction with FEDEX. This delivery needs to go to a physical address and not a PO Box. There is a standard charge of GBP 140 for this service. Generally this is between 3 and 7 days.
International postal delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Sarah Herriot Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of those charged are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Clients receiving their order outside of the UK are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which we are shipping. It is possible for some orders to experience delays in customs. We have no control over this and ask that the client contact their local customs agency if necessary.
You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it is dispatched.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.
We are happy to refund a sale made through the website if it is returned unworn, in its original packaging, and within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. The item must be in its original condition. No refunds or exchanges are made on discounted or sale items. When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.

Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable and your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid. All items returned are the responsibility of the customer, we are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
UK returned items should be sent insured special delivery that requires a signature. If you are not based in the UK and would like to return an item you will need to fill out a Customs Declaration Form.
All goods need to be correctly labelled “returned British goods” to ensure that no additional fees are charged on re-import into the UK. Original packaging should be used with the returned item, even if the item is very small please ship in a medium to large box and use a fully tracked and secure service.
